Elected for Ireland South in the recent European Parliament elections, Michael McNamara is an independent politician from Ireland who has been a Teachta Dála for Clare following the 2020 general election, and previously from 2011 to 2016. Mr McNamara is a widely regarded barrister who has worked at the OSCE.
